However, due to poor management and lack of coordination, many of these machines remain unused. During a recent hospital visit, I observed a similar situation involving vertical autoclaves.

- Two large vertical autoclaves were kept aside and not in use

- These machines were in good condition but completely ignored

- Meanwhile, smaller autoclaves were being used in different departments
